Construction
We’ve worked with fleets on job sites every day.
Australian-made ute fit-outs engineered for security, uptime, and consistency across your entire fleet. From one vehicle to hundreds.
We’re driven by innovation: designing smarter, more functional products that solve real-world challenges for drivers and fleets. This commitment to purposeful design and practical solutions has established HSP as an industry leader in the products we manufacture. Whether you’re running Ford Rangers, Toyota HiLux, or the newer BYD Shark 6, HSP accessories has got your fleet covered.
We start every product the other way round. Before we design anything, we look at where fleets actually lose time and money: an unsecured tray overnight, a driver reaching into a tub for the fortieth time that day, a tailgate that’s slowly wrecking someone’s shoulder.
Then we build the fix. Nothing in our range exists because it looked good in a concept sketch – it exists because a fleet manager somewhere told us what was breaking down.
Tested past the point most fleets ever push it.
Every product is prototyped, load-tested, and field-trialled on real sites before it even reaches a production line. Because a fleet can’t afford a fix that fails.
It’s why the Tail Lock has been recognised with an innovation award, why Roll R Covers runs the smallest canister on the market alongside a full-width LED light, and why every core product is engineered to be fit onto factory mounting points – so fitting it never means compromising the vehicle’s original warranty.
Core products are designed, sourced and manufactured in Australia, not just badged here. That means a warehouse stocked for volume, a national dealer and install network that spans Australia, and local spare parts so a fit-out issue doesn’t take a vehicle off the road for weeks waiting on an overseas shipment.
It’s also why registration, warranty and support all run through the same team that build the product – so a fleet manager has one number to call, not three.

Every core product fits onto factory mounting points, so there’s none of the usual aftermarket workarounds that leave a fleet manager explaining a voided warranty to head office.
Installation is faster because the vehicle is already built to take it, and our sleek, profile-cut siderails and durable builds ensure the products look like they belong.

From the Ford Ranger and Toyota HiLux to the Isuzu D-Max, Mitsubishi Triton, GWM Cannon, Mazda BT-50 and the newer BYD Shark 6, HSP fits almost every ute on Australian roads. Whether your fleet runs a single make or a mixed line-up across sites, our Roll Mate, electric roller shutters and tray sliders are engineered to factory mounting points, so fit-out is fast and consistent no matter what’s in the yard.

Trades & Services Fleet, 40+ Vehicles
Every fleet runs different jobs, so here’s how each part of our range earns its place on the ute.
Secures gear and tools at the touch of a button, with a water-resistant seal and 5 modes of operation to suit different fleet needs, giving drivers a faster, more reliable way to lock down the tub without wrestling a manual cover. Notably, with the smallest canister on the market, it is ideal for fleets carrying valuable equipment overnight on job sites.
