Why Your Ute Tub Never Stays Organised
Rough roads don’t care what’s in the back of your ute. Groceries end up wedged against the tailgate. Tools walk from one side of the tub to the other and back again on every corner. The esky slides into the swag, the swag slides into whatever’s left, and by the time you arrive, half your load has rearranged itself without your permission.
It’s one of the most common frustrations for ute owners — you load the tub prperly, and somewhere between home and the job site (or the campsite, or the tip run), it all comes loose. Standard tubs simply aren’t built to keep gear in place, and most solutions ask you to choose between rigid shelving that never quite fits your load, or drawer systems that eat half your usable space before you’ve packed a single item.
HSP built the Cargo Zone to solve that problem.
What is the Cargo Zone?
The Cargo Zone is an adjustable cargo management system for dual cab utes, designed to give tub owners full control over how their load is organised. Trip to trip, job to job.

The system is built around:
- A sliding divider mounted on base rails, adjustable along the full length of the tub
- Hang tags that fix onto the divider to secure loose items exactly where you need them
- Retractable side panels that adapt the whole system to the shape of your tub
- A fully removable divider for when you need the tub completely open
It’s constructed from alloy with a heavy-duty powder coat finish, built to handle daily use on and off-road, and designed to fit most dual cab utes on the market.
Together, these features turn an open tub into a space you can reconfigure on the fly. Whether you’re locking down tools for a job site, keeping the weekend’s camping gear in order, or just trying to stop the shopping from sliding around on the drive home.

An Adjustable Divider That Moves With Your Load
At the centre of the Cargo Zone is a divider that’s 100% adjustable along its base tracks. Instead of forcing your gear to work around a fixed layout, the divider moves to match whatever you’re carrying.
For those who need even more structure, the Cargo Zone is also available as a twin kit, adding a second divider to split the tub into multiple sections. That means more granular control over how tools, equipment or gear are separated and secured on a single trip.
The Hang Tags, mounted directly onto the Cargo Zone divider, let you fix individual items in place exactly where you want them, rather than relying on the divider alone to keep everything from shifting.

Built for How Utes Are Actually Used
Every load is different. Every trip asks something different of your tub. Rather than locking owners into one setup, the Cargo Zone is designed to move, lock down, and open up entirely on the owner’s terms.
Add-Ons and Reconfigurations
The Cargo Zone is designed to grow with your needs. For extra organisation, it’s available as a twin pack with two dividers, letting you split the tub into multiple sections for even finer control over how gear is separated.
Need more ways to secure loose items? A hang tag pack of 4 is also available, giving you additional fixing points across the divider for tools, bags or anything else you want locked in place. Mix and match to build the exact setup your ute needs.
Considerations Before You Buy
While the Cargo Zone suits most dual cab utes, tubs and tray backs, there are a few important things to check before you buy. Confirm your tub or tray has enough space and clearance for the system by reviewing the technical specifications, and check what type of liner your ute has — while no liner, spray-on liners, and liners that follow the tub floor profile are all compatible, liners that don’t follow the tub floor profile aren’t currently supported. Taking a few minutes to check these details upfront means the Cargo Zone fits and performs exactly as it should from day one.
The Bottom Line
The Cargo Zone isn’t asking you to choose between an open tub and an organised one. It moves, it locks down, it opens right up, all on your terms — whether you’re a tradie securing tools for the job site or a weekend adventurer keeping the essentials in order. One product, built to adapt to however you use your ute.
