The Roll R Cover for the 2026 Navara D27 is the only 100% Australian-made electric roller cover in its category. The AND4RS3.5 fitment has an internal side rail width of 1,330mm, a canister measuring 215mm deep by 260mm wide, and a net weight of approximately 60kg.
It opens and closes via five control methods, including the factory vehicle remote, HSP 4×4 app, Siri voice command, interior lock buttons and the built-in illuminated touchpad, with water drainage rated at 60 litres per minute and OTA Wi-Fi firmware updates.
The Roll Mate is the only hard roll-up tonneau cover in Australia that works with factory sports bars. It installs in under an hour without wiring and is removable in four steps without tools.
The Load Bar slides into the Roll R Cover’s full-length T-channel without drilling and can be repositioned anywhere along the side rails. Rated to 80kg dynamic and approximately 200kg static, dropping to 40kg dynamic when fitted with a sports bar or Armour Bar. Compatible with Rhino-Rack, Yakima, Thule and Front Runner via an 11mm universal channel.
The Armour Sports Bar features weld-free alloy construction with Geomet-coated bolts rated to 1,000+ hours of salt spray testing, integrating into the Roll R Cover’s side rail insertion points at original factory height. An adaptor kit, sold separately, is required to retrofit it to an existing Roll R Cover.
Rated to 150kg dynamic and 300kg static, built from 3mm Bluescope GALVABOND Australian steel with aluminium alloy crossbars and Interpon Textura matte black powder coat. Our Tub Rack is T-channel compatible with Yakima, Thule, Rhino-Rack and Front Runner.
Full-length overhead rack rated to 150kg dynamic and 300kg static, with precision-extruded aluminium alloy crossbars on CNC-cut steel legs and adjustable height to suit the D27 cab profile. Ladder Rack is available as a rear-only or full dual-kit configuration.
Load Slide extends up to 75% beyond the tub edge with a 250kg rated capacity at full extension. CNC-cut to the D27 2026 tub profile with a DIN 51130 R10 certified Heska anti-slip surface, latching approximately every 20cm for stability at any extension point.
The Tailgate Lock is a genuine OEM-approved fitment for the D27 2026, available as a factory option through Nissan dealerships, from $249. The Tailgate Assist is a separate aftermarket fitment engineered to assist safe, controlled tailgate lowering.
