HSP’s Load Slide is rated to handle loads of up to 250 kg, with non-slip surfaces, tough side rails, and multiple latching points to keep your cargo secure during transit. It’s designed for single-hand operation and mounts directly to the BT-50’s tub floor.
Mazda BT-50 Tub Rack
The Load Rack JNR is HSP’s tub rack, suited to overlanders, campers, and anyone who needs to carry gear above the tub without sacrificing load space underneath.
It features adjustable legs and integrated mounting channels, which means you can tailor the height to suit your load and mount accessories like tie-downs, lighting, or third-party rack systems without drilling into your vehicle. The Load Rack JNR handles 300kg static and 150kg dynamic loads, making it well suited for rooftop tents, platforms, and touring gear. It mounts directly to the HSP Roll R Cover or to the tub, and is also compatible with leading brands including Rhino-Rack, Yakima, and Thule.
Mazda BT-50 Ladder Rack
The Load Rack Pro is HSP’s ladder rack, built for trade use and heavy-duty load carrying above the cab roof line.
Using the HSP load rack’s telescopic leg system, you can raise or lower the rack to match the height of your cab, making it suited for ladder transport, trade gear, or touring equipment. Like the JNR, it features integrated T-channels for accessory mounting and is compatible with Rhino-Rack, Yakima, and Thule systems. It’s also available in a rear-only configuration for utes with existing sports bars. It mounts to the Roll R Cover or directly to the tub, giving you flexibility depending on your setup
Mazda BT-50 Crossbars
HSP’s crossbars, known as the Load Bar, are designed exclusively for use with the Roll R Cover. The Load Bar is the world’s first roll-top-specific crossbar system, providing a strong, functional solution for carrying and mounting items above the tub.
It supports up to 80 kg of dynamic load and features universal channels on both the top and bottom of the bar for accessory integration, compatible with Rhino-Rack, Thule, Front Runner, and Yakima mounts. The aluminium construction keeps weight low while the powder-coated matte black finish resists corrosion and matches the BT-50’s factory dark trim.
Tailgate Accessories for the Mazda BT-50
The tailgate is often the most overlooked security point on a ute. The HSP Tail Lock addresses that by syncing your BT-50’s tailgate with your factory remote locking system.
Installation takes less than an hour, requires no drilling, and involves only simple wiring that does not require an auto electrician. The locking mechanism sits discreetly inside the tailgate and is invisible from the outside. Once installed, the handle is disengaged, meaning you can lift the handle when locked but it will not open. It comes backed by a 2-year warranty and is compatible with both the 2013-2020 and 2020+ BT-50 variants.

The system has been tested to withstand between 20,000 and 100,000 cycles, and installation uses factory mounting points with no drilling required on most models. It carries a 1-year warranty on the struts and a 2-year warranty on the brackets, and pairs directly with the HSP Tail Lock for a complete tailgate solution.
