Get the Most of Your Roller Cover
From simple steps like keeping the track and bearings clean to avoid debris build-up, to using the recommended cleaning agents and lubricants to protect the materials and ensure the mechanical parts function seamlessly, each action you take helps prevent issues that could lead to costly repairs or replacements. Remember, a well-maintained Roll R Cover not only operates better but also enhances the overall lifetime of your roll top. However please look at our Adverse Conditions for more information around the Roll R Cover against different environments.

How Often Should You Service The Roll Top?
It depends a bit on how and where you drive. For everyday use, a clean and check every two-three months is enough to keep the roller shutter moving smoothly. If you’re regularly off-road or near the coast, dust, sand and salt air build up faster, so it’s worth doing this monthly instead. We recommend keeping an eye out at your gutter systems and side rails to ensure that they are debris-free, and use the service kit to re-condition the spiral convolutes in the canister to keep it functioning like new in the long term.

What's In Your Service Kit?
The HSP Roll R Cover Service Kit is suited to all Series 3.5 Roll R Covers with a serial number of 30107 or higher. This kit includes the recommended product to lubricate the convolutes inside the canister, along with swabs you can use to apply the lube and clear out your gutters of any debris.
