- Fitment: Precision-fit for the Ford Ranger PX Mk1, Mk2, and Mk3 (2011 to mid-2022), Dual Cab only. Compatible with XL, XLS, XLT, Sport, FX4, Wildtrak, and Raptor variants.
- Variant Selection: Available in two configurations: Genuine Tub Liner or No Liner / Spray On Liner / 5-piece Liner. Select the appropriate kit for your tub configuration.
- Load Capacity: Supports 250kg at full extension (dispersed weight), with a heavy-duty structural steel sub-frame for maximum strength.
- Operation: Extends 75% beyond the tub with a single-point handle. Features multiple latching positions approximately every 20cm for easy access to rear cargo without crawling into the tub.
- Custom Fit: CNC-routed platform specifically cut to the PX Ranger tub, wrapping around the wheel arches for optimized usable space, designed for a Ford Ranger tray or Ford Ranger slide-out tray.
- Surface: Heksa anti-slip Birch surface rated to DIN 51130 R10, providing excellent traction and safety.
- Ethical Materials: Platform materials are E1-581 certified, ensuring the use of ethically sourced materials.

How it works
The Ford Ranger Slide Out Tray marks an effective solution to accessing your cargo with ease. Operate the tray using a single-point handle, allowing the tray to extend up to 75% beyond your Ford Ranger’s tub. This makes it much easier to load and unload heavy or bulky items without the need to crawl into the tub.
The Ford Ranger Slide Out Tray comes with a latching mechanism that secures the tray at multiple positions (approximately every 20 cm). The custom-cut platform is CNC-routed to perfectly fit your Ford Ranger PX tub, wrapping around the wheel arches to maximise the available space.
The side rails provide additional support as well as anchor points for securing your cargo. These are removable for transporting larger items.
Fitment and Variant Selection for the PX Ranger
Before purchasing, confirm that the Ford Ranger Slide Out Tray is compatible with your vehicle. This product is designed specifically for Ford Ranger PX mk1, mk2, and mk3 models (2011 to mid-2022), in Dual Cab configurations only.
There are two variants available for the Ford Ranger Tray:
- Tub Liner Kit – For vehicles with a genuine tub liner.
- No Liner / Spray-On Liner / 5-Piece Liner Kit – For vehicles with other tub configurations.
The Ford Ranger Slide Out Tray is compatible with canopies, so if you have a canopy installed over your PX tub, you can still install the tray underneath. Please note that this product is specific to the PX generation. If you own a Next Gen Ranger (2022+), please check out the Next Gen Ranger Tray Slider page for the correct product.

Maintenance and Upkeep
To maintain your Ford Ranger Slide Out Tray in top condition, follow these simple steps:
- Regularly Extend the Tray: Extend the tray fully and blow out any debris from underneath, particularly after off-road or worksite exposure.
- Cleaning the Heksa Surface: Wipe down the Heksa anti-slip surface with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning products to prevent damaging the surface.
- Keep the Sliding Mechanism Clean: Ensure that the sliding mechanism stays free from dirt and debris to maintain smooth operation, especially in dusty conditions.
- Protection from the Elements: To prevent exposure damage, use a tonneau cover, canopy, hard lid, or roller shutter to protect the Ford Ranger tray slider. If the tray is used without cover, ensure standing water is removed after rainfall.
- Bearings Warranty: The bearings come with a 1-year warranty. If you notice stiffness or rough operation within this period, contact HSP support or your fitting centre for assistance.
