The HSP Load Bar is the world’s first roll top-specific roof rack. Expertly designed to complement the HSP Roll R Cover, the Load Bar provides a strong, functional and versatile solution for carrying and mounting items above your vehicle’s tub. The load bar is Proudly Australian-made, and designed to work with accessories from leading cross bar manufactures such as Rhino Rack, Thule, Front Runner and Yakima to name a few.
Significant Load Rating on your Utes Tub
The HSP Load Bar is designed to carry a massive 80 kg of dynamic weight. To clarify, dynamic weight refers to the load capacity while the vehicle is in motion, considering factors like wind, drag, and braking. For stationary loads, you can generally multiply the dynamic weight by three, resulting in a potential static load capacity of 240 kg evenly distributed (assuming the vehicle tub can handle the weight). This impressive weight capacity makes the HSP Load Bar a reliable choice for various ute rack accessories.

Full Metal Frame
The HSP Load Bar features a heavy-duty full metal frame, offering unparalleled strength and durability. Unlike plastic alternatives, this construction ensures your cargo is securely supported. Additionally, the weight is transferred to the Roll R Cover side rails, evenly distributing it over a larger surface area and reducing the impact on the vehicle tub.

This Load Bar is designed specifically to suit the HSP Roll R Cover, making installation incredibly simple. Just slide the assembled roll top cross bar rack into the HSP Roll R Cover T channel, and you’re ready to go. This product-specific design not only ensures a perfect fit but also complements the Roll R Cover’s aesthetic.
Flexible positioning
The HSP Load Bar offers exceptional flexibility with its ability to be easily repositioned along the Roll R Cover side rails. This adjustable design allows for precise customisation to accommodate A-frame factory sport bars or various accessories within the ute tub. Whether you’re carrying kayaks, bikes or camping gear, the Load Bar’s adaptability ensures optimal space utilisation for your four-wheel drive.
